Inside Japan provided an outstanding travel experience, excellent suggestions, support and the travel documentation made the self-guided travel easy.

Andrew provided outstanding travel service from the get-go. Personable, knowledgeable, always within reach by phone or email to promptly answer our queries and to provide excellent travel advice.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Our accomodation was a mix of 3 and 4 star hotels/ryokan. All rooms were clean, comfortable and well positioned for local trains and buses.

We enjoyed travelling by train, bus and ferry services. The speed and efficiency of the shinkansen, local and regional services was outstanding. The trickiest part was locating the correct platform that the train was leaving from.

We found all guides to be friendly, well informed professionals who really elevated our travel experience. We thoroughly enjoyed their company and our experiences with them. Great travel memories were made!

We were super impressed with the professionalism, organisational and communication skills of our travel agent Andrew Mcllroy. Every detail of our trip had been planned to suit our travel requests. Mamiko did a great job of booking our hotels and experiences in Japan.
